The Young Advisors Team (YAT) mission is
to serve the needs members who are 40 years of age and under
by researching the their needs to ensure that they receive the
vital tools, resources, and networks necessary to succeed in the
financial services industry. Local associations can embrace
this initiative by establishing their own Young Advisors Team (YAT)
and developing events to attract the new, young members of their
area.
