The Young Advisors Team (YAT) mission is to serve the needs members who are 40 years of age and under by researching the their needs to ensure that they receive the vital tools, resources, and networks necessary to succeed in the financial services industry. Local associations can embrace this initiative by establishing their own Young Advisors Team (YAT) and developing events to attract the new, young members of their area.

The YAT Flyer and YAT Resource Guide have a new look!
These items will be available for order on the NAIFA Marketplace or can be downloaded for viewing. In addition to the new look and feel, the flyer and resource guide include the most up-to-date information on YAT and benefits available to NAIFA members. You can use these materials for YAT events, at membership events and in prospect kits to help get the word out about YAT. The YAT Flyer is a quick overview of the program, while the Resource Guide is a more comprehensive look at the program and benefits available.
