David McKnight

David McKnight is a nationally recognized speaker, and his popular workshop “The Power of Zero” has been seen by thousands of Americans from coast to coast. This workshop was recently showcased on the main platform at Forum 400, an annual gathering of the top one percent of financial advisors in the nation. In 2014, David was a Focus Speaker at the world wide annual conference for Million Dollar Roundtable in Toronto, Canada. He is also a member of Top of the Table. David is the author of the #1 Amazon best-selling book “The Power of Zero” and contributes regularly to a number of national magazines on the subject of tax-free retirement.

Anthony Morris

Anthony Morris is an international keynote speaker and client conversation coach, working exclusively in financial services. He has spoken in 50 countries over the last 20 years. Anthony was a Main Platform speaker at the 2016 GAMA LAMP Meeting—addressing 3,500 industry leaders from every major company in the USA and abroad. Anthony’s specialty lies in boosting prospecting and warm referral volumes for advisors using "plug-and-play" systems and strategies. Anthony focuses on teaching advisors exactly WHAT to say, HOW and WHEN to say it and what to SHOW clients to get them to take action. 


Thomas Petersen, MBA, RHU

Thomas Petersen is a Principal at Petersen International Underwriters, one of the largest underwriters of specialty disability insurance in the United States. Tom has over 25 years of experience in the insurance industry and has worked as an underwriter, salesman, marketing, lobbyist and claims administration for disability, international medical, life and kidnap insurance. Tom has multiple professional designations, an MBA in International Business from Pepperdine University and is a frequent author and speaker including speaking at Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT) two times. As a salesman, Tom has been a two-time Top of the Table member of MDRT with his focus on disability insurance.


Ryan Pinney

Ryan Pinney is an eight-year MDRT member, with eight Top of the Table qualifications. Recognized for using innovative technologies to drive insurance sales, streamline the application process and speed up underwriting, Ryan leverages his experience in social media and online marketing to help agents and agencies create their online presence and profit from it. Utilizing the same principles and technology his firm provides to agents, his agency sold thousands of policies direct-to-consumer over the internet last year. Ryan was recently recognized as one of the 2015 AdvisorToday “4 under 40” Financial Advisors and by LifeHealthPro Magazine as one of the “24 Most Creative People in Insurance.” He is a Past President of NAIFA-Northern California, serves as the Chairperson for the Independent Advisor Task Force for NAIFA and as the U.S. Chairperson for the MDRT Member Communications Committee.

 

Barry Rosenfeld

Barry Rosenfeld is a Chartered Life Underwriter, Chartered Financial Consultant and a Chartered Lifetime Assistance Planner. He has 40 years of experience in the financial services industry. Barry assists individual clients and business owners throughout the U.S. by helping them plan for a secure financial future through a conservative mix of insurance & investment products. He also helps clients to address estate settlement issues. Barry works closely with families who have special needs children, helping clients address quality of life issues for their Special Needs loved one in the event that they should predecease him or her. Barry has been a Rotarian since 1985 and served six years (2004-2009) as president of the Bakersfield West Rotary Foundation, which he helped organize in 1994. To date, that Foundation has contributed over $700,000 to local youth charities and other worthwhile causes. In 1994 Barry was selected as the “Rotarian of the Year.” He was also honored in 2006 when being chosen to receive the initial “Service Above Self Award.” 

 

Donna Sinor, JD, CLU, ChFC

Donna Sinor joined Kansas City Life Insurance Company in 2013 as director, Advanced Sales/Business Insurance. Donna has 25 years of experience in the insurance and financial services industry beginning as an associate attorney with the Nelson & Harding law firm in Lincoln, Neb. Donna has worked for various insurance companies including Ameritas, National Life of Vermont, Mass Mutual, Nationwide, Prudential, Columbus Life and New York Life. Donna’s professional focus has been on business planning techniques, wealth accumulation and distribution planning and estate conservation. Her support to field force members has included case design, legislative and tax updates, training, seminars, development of sales material and joint sales work.
